AS Roma V Manchester United

Man United are tonight in Rome to take on the Italian side in the first leg of this year’s Champions League Quarter Final.

Last time Man Utd went to Rome for a similar occassion, the Macunian side were terrific and won by an incredible 7-1 scoreline. If anything, this United team is even better, and playing some of the most amazing football I’ve ever witnessed.

In Christiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney, United have two of the best players in the world right now.

With Vidic and Ferdinand at centre back, not to mention Evra and Brown, the full backs and the choice of first class goalkeepers – Van Der Sar and Kusczeck – they also posses a suberbly strong defence.

If anything, their weakest point has been their form away from home in Europe in  recent years and months, but this is the big time, for a big time team. I expect them to go well.

Prediction: 2-0 to United.

In 5 minutes they are off!
