  2. Hi Debby, the makers in America - who can be accessed through the link in the above post will send to the UK for $89US (this is about £44). Hope this helps.

  3. I bought this product directly from the US as I couldn’t find it in the UK and it came in a few weeks and is fantastic.

  8. Sally,

I tried to email you three times this week - your email address does not work - perhaps Greek Island Labs (the company which sells Athena 7 Minute Lift) have been attempting to contact you too.

Further, I have today spoken with Greek Island Labs, raising your concerns, and here is what they told me:

“Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns. Based on what you have described, it sounds to me like some of these customers may have ordered product from our website and then when inquiring about the order, ended up at the site of our UK distributor by mistake. Our customer care team is available Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM Mountain Standard Time in the United States to answer customer calls and emails. We make it a priority to answer all inquiries within 1 business day. Customers should first determine if their order was placed directly on our website or through our UK distributor. Our systems currently are not linked in any way as they are an independent distributor for the United Kingdom so it is important for customers to contact the customer service department on the website where they placed their original order in order to ensure a prompt resolution to any inquiries. This information can be found in their order confirmation email if they are uncertain as to where they made the purchase. It would be helpful for customers to know that we typically find that international shipments take anywhere from 10-14 business days to arrive depending on how long it takes for the shipment to clear customs once it arrives in the UK. Due to the season, customers should also allow extra time for any postal holidays that may fall close to their order date such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day as the carriers in the US do not operate on any of these days. Please feel free to contact me at any time if I can be of further assistance. Our customers are our number one priority and we always go out of our way to ensure that every last person is well taken care of.”

Essentially, if you are certain you ordered from the company I linked to, they are reasonably certain that they have sent it to you. While it is frustrating not to receive your order, it is likely that it has been delayed clearing customs, or elsewhere in the mail - have you tried your local Post Office yet?

  9. However, when an email address is invalid, we usually assume that it does not belong to a real person, and hence cannot publish the comments left - imagine if a rival cosmetics company were to come on and attempt to post unfounded claims. It has happened already.

  10. This morning I received the following from the other person who had not received their purchase:

“I am really sorry, the goods arrived yesterday whilst I was at work.
i really appreciate all your help, and apologise again, Last year I order a
lot of stuff over the internet and didn’t receive some goods, so I was just
    stressed.
    I really am sorry”

  11. I have been very satisfied by the service via your website, thank you.

  12. Iordered this product from athenaskincare.co.uk 23 November and have still not received my goods I wish I had ordered it directly from America, i’m sure it would have arrived quicker, I have had a couple of e-mails which keep promising delivery but i’m still waiting!

  13. I ordered the product on 20th November from the UK distributor and tried several times, (always unsuccessfully), to cancel it because I totally lost confidence in them as their service is simply apalling. I really cannot stress enough just dreadful an experience it was trying to communicate with them.
I would never recommend them to anyone and will now buy directly from USA.
