The idea behind Shop Smart @ 24HourTrading is based around the fact it is so difficult knowing who to trust online, particularly when making purchases. There are many questions that are often thrown up when visiting an online shop, for example:
- How do I know a retailer is for real?
- Will I get the goods?
- Is the shop secure?
- How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?
And many more!
Essentially, it is difficult to know who to trust in the faceless world of the internet.
Shop Smart @ 24HourTrading mitigates these problems by:
- Only listing products and online shops who we trust
- Allowing buyers who go through us to leave their own comments and feedback about a particular product or service
- Providing a “Trust Rating” for each product or shop listed (for which a sale has been made) based on genuine buyer responses
- Removing any retailers or products which receive negative responses from buyers
- Constantly scouring the world-wide web for more products and services which represent good value
- Rewarding retailers who have an above average level of service (e.g. fast shipping, quick response to customer enquiries, excellent dispute resolution services) by giving them prominent placement within the Shop Smart @ 24HourTrading site, and explaining why we like them.
We do not hold any stock, or make sales ourselves, rather, Shop Smart @ 24HourTrading provides everyone who searches it for products, services or shops which retail online with one thing only: peace of mind.
