Usain Bolt Smashes 200m World Record at Beijing Olympics – Video

Hot on the heels of his ludicrously easy Gold Medal in the 100m sprint final at this year’s Beijing Olympic Games (setting a World Record in the process), Usain Bolt has done it again, in his favoured 200m sprint event – smashing Michael Johnson’s 19.32 World Record with a time of 19.30.

We missed the event this afternoon despite having seen a worried Michael Johnson stating this morning (on the BBC coverage) that he didn’t think Bolt had been concentrating enough on “running the bend” and “speed maintenance (sic)” in order to break his 200m world record today. How wrong he was!

Watch this video of Bolt and marvel at his easy running style.

Chalk one up for the tall guy.
