Linda Haywood attended Prince Henry’s Grammar School in Otley before leaving to study Politics at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Following work experience with Hilary Benn MP and a short course in Arabic, she decided to take a year travelling around Australia.

Time spent spider spotting in the outback resulted in a popular travel blog and successful online venture with Robin Scott and Jono Farrington.

A partnership with Robin Scott was formed in December 2007 and has grown exponentially from the handful of websites with which it started.

Linda now chiefly divides her time between TheGlobalHerald.com and Fashionista.vg when not out running or attending newsworthy events.
